Beverly believes that health and fitness is not a destination, it’s a way of life.  She enjoys the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle and shares her knowledge one-on-one, through bootcamps, seminars, workshops, healthy recipes and much more on her personal website, www.bfititsalifestyle.com.  She launched her first Bootcamp in a small tax office in 2013 and currently trains over 100 campers per week.

Beverly utilizes her background and experiences to focus on goal-and results-oriented coaching techniques to help her clients and organizations change their views on unhealthy living.  She holds multiple certificates in food, nutrition and healthy, low-fat cooking and is a Certified Fitness Trainer with Camp Gladiator.
